Schedules for Biochemistry Degrees
Eckerd College offers two Bachelor of Science (B.S.) biochemistry programs, including one certified by the American Chemical Society (ACS). The main differences in the requirements for the two programs are as follows:
Uncertified Degree: 13 core courses + 3 biology courses
Certified Degree: 15 core courses + 2 biology courses
+ 1 chemistry research project
The schedules below are for students wanting either a certified or uncertified biochemistry degree. The required biology courses are not listed, as they can be taken almost any year.
