Justin Crotty

Justin Crotty, an Eckerd chemistry major from the class of 2002, recently passed his final doctoral exams and was awarded a Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Arizona. Justin's research was in protein structure/function, studying a protein called GSNO reductase (for S-nitrosoglutathione). He has acquired expertise in biological chemistry and experience in crystallography, steady-state kinetics, and isothermal titration calorimetry. Not one to rest, Justin has enrolled in the George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C. and is scheduled to begin classes this fall.
