A native of the Dominican Republic and majoring in International Business and French, with a minor in Chinese, Diana is extremely excited about how her Chinese language skills will help her career pursuits. She went on a winter term trip to China and she believes these cultural experiences coupled with the language ability will give her an advantage in finding a job after graduation. She has also held leadership roles with a number of campus organizations, including Director of Palmetto Productions, President of International Student Association, and as a member of the Student Community Standards Board. 

Kristin Johnson
Majors: East Asian Studies and International Relations

Class of 2004

Kristin Johnson, a Chinese minor and a double major in East Asian Studies and International Relations, was awarded a full scholarship in 2010 to attend the International Relations graduate program at the prestigious People’s University of China where she is now studying for a PhD in Chinese Politics. She was a Ford Apprentice Scholar at Eckerd College.
