Kathleen Angione Anckner is a member of the communications team for North Carolina Sea Grant. Her regular duties include researching, writing and editing feature articles for Coastwatch magazine, the organization’s award-winning publication, as well as creating content and managing design for North Carolina Sea Grant’s Web site. She also assists with media relations, special event planning and the development of print and online materials for a variety of workshops, special projects and partnership programs. One of North Carolina Sea Grant’s new partnerships involves the production of a special news magazine series with North Carolina Public Television (UNC-TV) called Coastwatch on North Carolina Now.
