We encourage IA students to enrich their experience at Eckerd by including study abroad in their plans, whether for a Winter Term or a semester. In recent years Prof. Brian Ransom has led study tours of Peru, Profs. Scott Ward and David Gliem have led semester programs and winter terms to the Eckerd Gower Street Centre in London, Prof. Marion Smith has led groups to Austria, and Prof. Kirk Wang has taken students to China. Numerous other opportunities guided by other faculty exist for study abroad as well. Inquire at the office of International Education to see what is scheduled for the coming year.
