International Business

Curriculum

The international business curriculum is designed with three major objectives:

To provide education in the basic global business skills that are essential for

  • leadership in boundary-free teams and organizations of the future
  • developing customer-focused, global business strategies
  • building networks for career relationships
  • valuing cultural diversity

To prepare students for graduate work in international business and global management.

To orient our future leaders with a greater appreciation of other cultures, a more sophisticated understanding of what constitutes good corporate citizenship in host countries, and a stronger desire and ability to develop globalization strategies and policies that protect and enhance all peoples and their environments.
