International Business
The international business program aims to orient our future leaders with an appreciation of other cultures, a sophisticated understanding of what constitutes good corporate citizenship in host countries, and a strong desire and ability to develop international business strategies and policies that protect and enhance all peoples and their environments.
Faculty

Heinz Gasser, Contributing Executive and former President of Kemper Insurance Group, Brussels. Mr. Gasser provides the perspective of a senior business executive in discussing business issues with students.

Andrew H. Hines, Jr., Contributing Executive and former President and CEO, Florida Progress Corporation, provides the perspective of a senior business executive in discussion business issues.

Robert Jozkowski, Assistant Professor of International Business, B.S. from Boston University, M.B.A and M.A. from Fordham University. Over 25 years of international finance and banking experience in the U.S., Asian and European markets. Mr. Jozkowski has held executive positions with many world banks including Credit Suisse, Societe Generale and Westpac Banking Corp.

Naveen K. Malhotra, Professor of Finance and International Business, M.B.A., University of Tampa, post-M.B.A. diploma in Business and International Management, Ph.D. University of South Florida. As the Sam M. Walton Free Enterprise Fellow, Dr. Malhotra directs the highly successful Students in a Free Enterprise program.

Sergei Novikov, Visiting Professor of Economics and International Business, Ph.D., University of Moscow.

Dudley A. Powell, former V.P. of Human Resource Administration, Allstate Insurance and current Adjunct Professor of International Business and Senior Research Associate, Human Resource Institute, M.Sc. in Business Administration, Central Missouri State University.

Morris A. Shapero, Assistant Professor of International Business, B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Southern California. Over 25 years of corporate marketing/management experience including V.P. of Asia Pacific with ties to Taiwan and mainland China. Prof. Shapero is also President of Morris Alan Consulting.

Steven L. Sizoo, Associate Professor of Management and International Business, B.S. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Southern California, D.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University.

James H. Van Horn, Contributing Executive and former Vice President of ITT in Europe. Mr. Van Horn provides the perspective of a senior business executive in discussing business issues with students.
