Donna Oglesby spent over twenty-five years in cultural and
public diplomacy culminating in service as Counselor of the Agency,
the ranking career position in the United States Information Agency
(USIA). Donna also served as the Diplomat-in-Residence at the
Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Her experience with the USIA
took her to Thailand,Paraguay, El Salvador, Austria, Brazil, and
Mexico. Donna Oglesby coordinates the IRGA international internship
program and the IRGA speaker series.
