Julia Zuev received her Bachelor's degree in Astrophysics from the University of California at Berkeley. Having developed a strong interest in modeling astrophysical phenomena, she did her Doctoral work in Applied Mathematics at the University of Colorado at Boulder. Dr. Zuev's primary research interests are in the general area of Numerical Analysis, including numerical solutions to Partial Differential Equations (PDEs), scattered-data interpolation with Radial Basis Functions (RBFs), and multi-dimensional spline interpolation. Dr. Zuev's hobbies include international/independent films, biking, skiing, and yoga.
