Eckerd College invites all students to participate in music, ranging from the beginner and enlightened amateur to the music major and trained musician.
Facilities & Resources

Classrooms and a listening lab holding over 2000 recordings and are equipped with audio equipment and computers. The Armacost Library also has listening and study stations as well as a large collection of scores, books and videotapes. Practice rooms have Baldwin pianos; several grand pianos including two Steinway concert grands are available to advanced piano students. Most significantly, the college owns two Dutch-built Flentrop tracker organs, an 18-rank instrument in the Roberts Music Center recital hall and a 46-rank instrument in Griffin Chapel.
