Miranda Goodman joined the faculty at Eckerd in 2013. Before moving to Saint Petersburg she was a lifetime Californian, having attended (UCLA and UC Davis) and taught at several California universities.  The courses she teaches include Abnormal Psychology, Introductory Psychology, Psychology of Childhood and Adolescence, and Statistics and Research Design.  Miranda's research interests include the early parent-child relationship, social referencing, developmental psychopathology, and the applications of attachment theory across the lifespan.  Miranda loves collaborating with students on all facets of the research process and creating fanciful, remote-controlled creatures to use in her studies.
