Briana joined the faculty at Eckerd in 2014. The courses she teaches include Abnormal Psychology, Psychology of Childhood and Adolescence, and Statistics and Research Design. Briana is an Eckerd College graduate and excited to be back at her alma mater. Her research interests include animal social behavior, with a focus on social relationships and social development. She is particularly interested in interspecies social relationships. Briana enjoys teaching and engaging students in the classroom as well as in research.


B.A. or B.S.

Students majoring in psychology have the option of completing a Bachelor of Arts or Science. The B.A. program is intended for students who want a strong background in psychology as preparation for careers in such areas as law, public health, and medicine. The B.S. program is intended for students who plan to go on to graduate school in some area of psychology.
