You can use the following lists as a guide or checklist to make sure that you complete your application. Submission of all required items will help expediate the review process and allow the Office of Admission to deliver a decision in a timely manner.   • Financial Verification and I-20 Form
  • Bank Statement

In a language other than English

  • Application
  • Essay or personal statement
  • $40 Application Fee
  • HS Transcript/Proof of graduation
  • Dean's Report
  • TOEFL or IELTS scores or proof of completion of ELS 112
  • Letter of Recommendation
  • Financial Verification and I-20 Form
  • Bank Statement
