Welcome to Eckerd Connect.

Eckerd Connect is a volunteer organization created to engage alumni and parents in the recruitment of new residential, undergraduate students for Eckerd College. Eckerd Connect volunteers represent the College, the community, and provide an experienced voice in the college search process. As adjunct admission staff, volunteers will share their Eckerd experiences honestly and enthusiastically, offering prospective students and families a unique perspective on the Eckerd educational experience. Eckerd Connect reinforces the lifelong connections and relationships fostered by mentoring and a shared love of learning, service, global and environmental awareness, and a residential college community.

Program Goals

1. To connect alumni and parents with prospective students and their families.
2. To increase Eckerd College's visibility in communities nationwide and around the globe.
3. To offer high school counselors a knowledgeable local resource.
4. To reconnect alumni and parents to Eckerd College.
5. To offer alumni and parents an active way to be part of the growth and development of an institution that is a special part of their lives.
