Why visit?

Visiting campus is truly the best way to get to know Eckerd and discover if you could see yourself here. We invite each and every student considering Eckerd College to visit our campus and experience firsthand what makes Eckerd so unique. Take a student-led tour of campus. Sit in on a class. Have lunch with a student. Speak with a professor. Take a Friday afternoon boat tour on Boca Ciega Bay and see Eckerd from a totally different perspective. These experiences allow you to get a real feel for our atmosphere and personality.

What are my options for a campus visit?

Eckerd offers a number of different ways to see campus and learn more about the Eckerd experience. In addition to our individual visits, we also offer a number of special events. Our Fall and Spring Open Houses offer you the opportunity to not only take a tour, but also gain a more comprehensive overview of Eckerd in a group setting. Evenings at Eckerd gives prospective students the opportunity to see a lecture on campus or be a part of the South Beach Supper Club. Finally, if you are a high school administrator or have a special group you would like to bring to campus, please refer to Group Visits.
