Open Houses

Eckerd Open Houses allow students to learn about what an Eckerd education has to offer. Students have the opportunity to interact with Eckerd students and faculty, and learn more about the college application process. The Fall Open House is recommended for high school sophomores, juniors, seniors, and transfer students, while the Spring Open House is recommended for high school sophomores, juniors, and transfer students. In the spring we also offer Explore Eckerd College, a special visit opportunity for admitted students.

Fall Open House

Thank you for your interest in our Fall Open House program! The 2011 event was held this past November with a completely full registration. You can view the 2011 Fall Open House schedule to discover what the event offers. Please consider joining us for the 2012 Fall Open House on Monday, November 12th. We would be happy to arrange an individual visit for you as well. We look forward to seeing you on campus!

South Beach Supper Club

The Sunday prior to the Spring Open House, the Eckerd College Organization of Students (ECOS) welcomes students to become part of the South Beach Supper Club. ECOS will be hosting a cookout on the beach for prospective students so they have an opportunity to meet and chat with various members of the Eckerd community.

This is a great way to get to know Eckerd in a relaxed setting, and enjoy our beautiful waterfront campus at night. The South Beach Supper Club event will be from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and are for the students only (sorry parents! Let us know if you would like suggestions on where to dine in the St. Petersburg area).
