SOCIAL HOUR every Thursday @ 5PM is the coming together of ASPEC members, guests, and frequently Eckerd College faculty and administration. For many it is the time to share.

LAUGHING MATTERS is an interest group added to ASPEC which meets frequently to share comedy in the film world and theater. It was developed to assist members in understanding the many benefits which come from incorporating humor into our daily lives.

EVENINGS OUT is a monthly activity wherein ASPEC members and guest visit local restaurants and share a delightful repast as well as camaraderie and fun. During Summer months, Evenings Out are frequently held in members homes.

THE WATERFRONT Since Eckerd College is located on beautiful Boca Ciega Bay, it has excellent waterfront facilities and activities. Included are the availability of sailboats, kayaks, and other watercraft for student and member use and a program for community and students on search and rescue operations.

COLLEGE ATHLETICS Eckerd College has a wonderful sports and athletics program, both intramural and within the various collegiate athletics divisions. ASPEC members enjoy attending these events and games and cheering our teams on to victory!

OTHER ACTIVITIES Weekly Poker and Bridge groups are among the regularly scheduled social activities held at Lewis House. Foreign and independent films are also part of the ASPEC experience. Members are welcome to attend as many or as few of these activities as they desire.
