Presidential Events Series - Join us for stimulating lectures by our world-class faculty as well as artists, experts, activists and visiting professors from across the country. The Presidential Events Series is a centerpiece of intellectual life on campus. All lectures are free and open to the public. 

Courses and Memberships

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Eckerd College - OLLI provides affordable, high-quality noncredit educational programs, study travel opportunities and events at six sites in Pinellas County and at travel destinations close to home and around the globe. OLLI currently serves more than 1,200 members with hundreds of yearly course offerings.

Road Scholar - Since 1977, Eckerd College has partnered with Road Scholar (founded as Elderhostel) to provide short-term, residential lifelong learning opportunities. These six-day, intensive programs bring together adults from around the country to immerse themselves in a topic.

ASPEC MembersAcademy of Senior Professionals at Eckerd College (ASPEC) - The Academy was established in 1982 for accomplished adults interested in intellectual stimulation and physical and social activities. Nearly 300 members from many backgrounds and professions join interest groups, volunteer in the community, and assist Eckerd College professors and students, bringing their diverse perspectives and experiences. ASPEC regularly hosts presentations by prominent local leaders, authors and artists—all open to the public.
