CAREER RESOURCES MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Office of Career Resources is to provide a comprehensive program of career related resources designed to help Eckerd students and alumni apply their liberal arts education into meaningful employment. The exploration of personal and professional life goals is an ongoing process that should commence prior to a student's arrival on campus and continue throughout the duration of his or her academic program.
One year later: Survey shows recent Eckerd graduates to be well equipped for professional world
What is the value of an education? How is this value measured? Eckerd College departments of Career Resources and Institutional Research jointly produced a survey that measures the extent to which the Eckerd experience prepares students for professional life after Eckerd.
- 33% of recent graduates found jobs within one month of graduation.
- 69% of recent graduates are employed full time
