About Campus Activities

The Campus Activities Office strives to enhance the overall educational experience of students and serves the campus community through development of intellectual, spiritual, cultural, recreational, social, leadership, and employment opportunities.

Eckerd students have an opportunity to work on various program areas including special events, recreation, co-curricular programs, student government and experiences that further student learning outside the classroom. Campus Activities also fosters an environment which values differences, the freedom of expression and the holistic development of students.

Campus Activities sponsored events and responsibilities include orientation, the Hough student center, the fitness center, the outdoor pool, south beach, intramural sports, club sports, group fitness classes, advising E.C.O.S. (student government), Palmetto Productions, student media (radio, T.V. and newspaper) and registered student clubs and organizations.

Who, What, Where & When

The Office of Campus Activities is located in the Brown Hall. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
