Midterm Survival Study Skills

Survive and thrive through midterms!  Discover tips to successful note-taking, test preparation, and self-care through one of the most stressful times of the academic year.  Consider how you might study differently depending on the type of test or evaluation you have, and what preparation is needed for each type of exam.

Finding Balance

Doing well in classes, maintaining close friendships, nurturing an intimate relationship, serving on clubs, and having fun are priorities, regardless of the time of the semester and academic workload.  Come and discover some ways to balance these multiple time commitments and obligations.

More Learning in Less Time: Keys to Better Reading Comprehension

There's always too much to read.  So how to know what's most important, pick out important topics and themes, and learn vocabulary and concepts?  Discover the secrets to better understanding what you read, and in less time.  This workshop may be the most efficient hour you spend all semester.
