The Greenhorns explores the lives of America's young farming community - its spirit, practices, and needs. 'The Greenhorns' is an ode to their grit and entrepreneurial spirit, an exploration of sustainable agriculture, and an enticement to reclaim our national soil.

Introduced by Professor Kip Curtis, with "greenhorns" on hand to discuss their experience.
