Journey through 450 years of recorded history and experience St. Augustine not as a tourist but as an explorer. Discover the city's rich tapestry through lectures, live music and guided field trips - from the pre-European era to the conquerors and the transformations of later centuries. Explore the site where the Spanish landed. Walk the grounds of Castillo de San Marcos. Visit our historic lighthouse. Marvel at railroad magnate Henry Flagler's legacy of grand hotels and Spanish Renaissance architecture. Examine architecture of the Spanish, British and Venetian Renaissance periods.
