This is an agreement between Eckerd College and the individual student. It is binding for the entire 2010-2011 academic year (winter holidays excluded), and entitles the student to the use of College accommodations only in such a manner as set forth herein and in the online Student Handbook (EC-Book). It does not constitute a commitment of admission to, or continuance at the College. This agreement may be terminated only under the conditions specified herein.

The College agrees to provide accommodations under the conditions of this agreement and as described in the online EC-Book.

Students and their parents or guardians are urged to carefully read the terms and conditions of this agreement. If the student is under eighteen, a parent or guardian must sign the agreement along with the student.

Note:  This Housing Agreement is only for reference purposes.  Students must sign a hard copy of this agreement each Academic Year.  Housing Agreements are located in the Housing Office in Student Affairs.
