If you feel as though you have been incorrectly charged, please do not panic. Outlined below are the steps you can take to bring any errors to our attention and to help us ensure that your billing is fair and accurate. While you are following these steps, please feel free to withhold from your payment the disputed amount until a decision is rendered on your appeal. Appeals will be accepted until 5pm, Monday, June 18, 2012.

Guidelines

Students must write and submit their own appeals through the damage appeals link (you may not appeal on behalf of a roommate). Please note that appeals are not accepted via email or telephone.

Complex/House/Room damage charges will be divided among the occupants of the Complex/House/Room unless the person(s) responsible have been identified. Complex and House shared damage charges are NOT open to appeals. Click here to view complex/house charges.

Once all appeals are collected they will be reviewed by a Damage review committee and you will be notified of their decision via your eckerd email account in early July.
