All residents must checkout with their RA no later than the required checkout date.

Are to be returned BY THE RESIDENT to the Campus Safety Office immediately after check-out, using your labeled envelope.

Failure to Return Your Key
$100 lost key charge for all residence hall types

Late Checkout
Failure to checkout by your designated time will result in an AUTOMATIC FINE of $100 per day, PLUS... ANY costs associated with physically removing a resident's belongings from the room. (This will involve hiring a moving company to move / store items.)

Excessive Cleaning Charges
Failure to clean your room/suite before you depart campus could result in a excessive cleaning charge ranging from $60-$200. This charge will be a shared cost divided amongst roommates/suitemates.
