After your room is vacated, staff from both Residence Life and Facilities will examine the room and assess any damage/repair costs. Damage noted will be compared to your original move-in inventory sheet, and outstanding items will be billed to the residents of the room/suite.

If charged you will receive an itemized list to your Eckerd e-mail address. If you don't agree with those changes pertaining to your room an appeal process web link will be provided in the e-mail. Please note appeals will not be accepted over the phone or via e-mail.

If there are damages or repairs strictly of a Facilities nature (ex: leaking roof), those damages will not be charged to the residents (please note that the charges below are only estimates and may change).
