Located in a central location on campus, next to the Peter Armacost Library, you will find our newest addition in campus housing, the Iota complex. This complex consists of four interconnected houses and each house has either a kitchenette or indoor laundry facilities. Each house has two lounge areas and communal as well as private access bathrooms. The houses are arranged co-ed by floor; each house has their own Resident Advisor. One of the houses has been designated as a Health and Wellness house and one house has been designated as an All-Female house. Learn more about Iota here.

The dimensions for the rooms within the houses are 11' x 16', or 200 sq. ft. (see traditional rooms for example).
