Formerly known as the CEC East Lodge, the Sigma Complex is a non-smoking residence hall that features hotel style living with large double rooms and a privately shared bathroom. Renovated in 2007, Sigma also has a student lounge/common area and is directly adjacent to the CEC dining room.

The room dimensions are approximately 12' x 22', with a 12' x 6' bathroom, and closet space.
