Traditional Rooms
Freshmen and Upperclassmen
View Traditional Room floor plan (PDF)

Located throughout campus, and convenient to all students, traditional housing is the most popular living facility at Eckerd College. Several traditional houses have specific themes which are listed below. Traditional houses are arranged co-ed by floor, except for the All-Female houses. With a Resident Advisor in each house, these houses are always the first home away from home to all incoming freshmen as well as many upperclassmen.
The dimensions for the rooms within the houses listed below are 11' x 16'. Some of the rooms are slightly larger (219 sq. ft.), and some slightly smaller (171 sq. ft.).
There are several rooms in the Kappa and Zeta complexes that measure 196 sq. ft., and 153 sq ft. as well. The closets for these rooms are about 6'6" x 8' x 7'.
All campus housing is smoke-free
