A signed payroll deduction authorization must be on file in the Human Resources Office for the following deductions:

Contributions to Eckerd College
Achieva Credit Union
Ministers Retirement Fund
A.A.U.P. Dues
Relocation Expenses
Student Accounts
PEL Accounts
Supplemental Retirement Accounts (SRA)
Pre-Tax Benefits
Post-Tax Benefits
Pre-Tax Flexible Spending Account Reimbursement Accounts
Miscellaneous

Changes in an amount of a deduction require a newly signed authorization.
