Program Costs
The estimated cost quoted for each program is approximate and subject to change based on factors such as program design, final itinerary, fluctuating airline prices and fuel surcharges, fluctuating exchange rates, hotel rates, and final number of participants confirmed in each program. Program costs include the cost of one bag where applicable. Participants are responsible for any baggage charges incurred thereafter for extra baggage and/or weight. Exact quotes will be furnished to you when the itinerary is confirmed and the final number of participants is known. Every effort will be made to insure that the overall program cost will not significantly vary from the estimated price quoted in this publication.
In most cases comprehensive costs include round-trip airfare from Tampa International Airport, transfers between airports and hotels, accommodations including breakfast, supplementary food allowance, entertainment (plays, concerts, admissions that are part of the program design), gratuities and the International Student Identity Card for all programs outside the U.S.
The costs which are generally not included are transportation to/from the point of departure, excess baggage charges, textbooks, food costs beyond the supplement, personal expenses and travel costs during long, free weekends, passports, travel visas for holders of non-US passports, medical coverage, inoculations, souvenirs, tips and porters, etc.
The first payment for the trip is the $500 non-refundable deposit due on October 3, 2012. This deposit constitutes your commitment to the trip and will allow us to begin making definite arrangements for the program.
