Keith was recently assigned to the campus as a member of the Xerographics team. He moved here from the DC area to be closer to his family. He was previously an employee in the management program of Outback steakhouse, Inc.

Keith brings a welcome enthusiasm to our team and is the onsite supervisor of the xerographics service program. He will coordinate your work with an emphasis on timeliness, quality, and economy. Call Keith with any questions about our services or to schedule work on your behalf.

Charles Lockhart

Charles is a five-year employee with Xerographics. All of his tenure with XG is at Eckerd College. Charles has over 20 years experience in business system maintenance and is consistently recognized for his excellence in customer service and reliability. Charles currently resides in Clearwater and is an avid Buccaneers and Devil Rays fan.

His role includes first-responder duties to all copier and laser printer repair needs as well as distribution of completed work, originals to be reproduced, supplies of all types. His responsibility is to keep the campus copiers looking and performing at the top of their game.

Charles' attention to detail and keen appreciation for customer service make him the ideal professional for the job.

Jon is Xerographics' Area Supervisor whose responsibilities include the Services Program for the Eckerd campus. Jon's role is to ensure that Keith and Charles have the resources and full support necessary to fulfill their duties to the school. Jon also acts as key emissary to department staff and students alike, and to provide insightful feedback that will allow us to adjust our priorities and efforts in a way that is most effective and beneficial for everyone

Jon is a 10 year veteran with Xerographics and is the consummate professional in programs of this type. His specialties are customer service and employee support.

Rick has over 20 years with Xerographics, over 15 years working with Eckerd College, and was instrumental in the establishment of the Copy Center and its services team. His role is to ensure the systems technology is responsive to campus needs and to oversee all elements of the programs success.
