We have implemented CleanAddress software by Runner Technologies, Inc to help verify our postal addresses entered in our Banner system. This software allows addresses to be verified in real-time or in batch mode. It verifies street (down to apartment numbers), cities, states and zip codes within the US. It also updates the Delivery Point Information for or the each addresses. We have option to customize it to use US Postal Service standards, which allows us to get better mailing rates for our bulk mails.

It also has Telephone Verification option which will check and update area codes based on Zip code. This option can warn data entry users if they input incorrect area code when they are entering in telephone information.

CleanAddress helps to keep most accurate address and telephone data within Banner.
