There have been 4 new telephone directory information pages developed and are ready for use.

There are two public directories, which are the Faculty Directory and Campus Directory, which can be found at the top of the Eckerd Home Page. The information on these pages will be expanded in the future to contain additional contact information.

There are two Eckerd Only directories, which are the Eckerd College Campus Directory and the Campus Connections Student Directory. These directories can only be accessed on campus.

The Eckerd College Campus Directory also allows faculty and staff to 'Edit your directory entry'. By choosing this link, a person can login with his or her email id and password. Once logged in, a person can update his or her information and decide what will be displayed on the various directories. The following information can be updated:

• Permanent Home Address. This change will be forwarded to Human Resources.
• Campus Directory Address
• Campus Phone
• AOL Instant Messenger Address
• Preferred First Name

They may also choose directory display information for:

• Eckerd Email
• Spouse Name
• Photo

The display choices to the public directories are not available yet, because we wanted to provide the opportunity to update specified options before this feature was implemented.
