Frequently Asked Questions About the "migration:"

  • Why do I have a "Name conflict?"
    • Google says "A conflicting account exists if a user created a personal Google Account with the same email address username as their organization-managed Google Apps account. Conflicting accounts most commonly occur if your users were logging into Picasa Web Albums, Blogger, or any of these other Google Applications, before the new infrastructure."
    • The good news is that this process allows you to rename the account and retain all the data in it. See the Conflicting accounts overview.
