To set up your Voice Mail

Note: On or after 7/31, your password will be 2580 on your first usage of the system.

From your office phone, dial 7777 or press the message button. You will hear; Hello mailbox ####. Then you will hear; "welcome to your message center. I will be helping you set up your voicemail". Then simply follow the tutorial. When it asks you set up your pass code, please choose a code between 4 & 10 digits that you WILL REMEMBER. When finished, wait for the prompt "dial 1 if satisfied with setup" before hanging up.

To retrieve your messages while on campus

From your office phone

• Dial 7777 or press the message button from your office phone.
• To retrieve your messages from the mailbox enter your pass code
• Listen to the instructions to play, save & delete your messages.

From another phone on campus

• Dial 7777 from an on campus phone.
• Wait for Voicemail to answer
• Press * 2 #
• Enter 9 and your extension number
• Enter your pass code to retrieve your messages from the mailbox.
• Listen to the instructions to play, save & delete your messages.

To retrieve your messages from off campus, dial (727) 864-7777.

• You will hear: "welcome to the message center."
• Enter 9 then your 4 digit phone extension number
• Enter your pass code / security code to retrieve your messages from the mailbox.
• When you are through with your voicemail press 9 to exit the voicemail system. If you do not exit the voicemail system properly, it will not recognize your pass code the next time you attempt to retrieve your messages.
