The new voice mail system contains several new prompts to give you more options with your messages. You may have already noticed that 1 (one) will bypass prompts and skip to the end of the message as well. In other words, if you would like to quickly move through the menus without any other options, the 1 (one) key will do that.

To move quickly through a message
From Your Phone On Campus Dial 7777
Enter your passcode
Press 4 to get new message
Press 1 quickly to skip the prompts you do not want
...message....
Press 1 to end the message anytime while playing
Press 6 to delete message

If you listen to the complete message:
Press 5 for next message
Press 7 to archive the message
Press 8 to listen to the timestamp of the message
Press 9 to send the message to another extension (redirect)
Press 0 to save message as new
Press # to repeat the message

While listening to a message:
Press 7 to rewind
Press 9 to fast forward
Press 1 to skip to end
