Many students now come to campus with gaming consoles and/or digital video recorders that they would like to be networked. Eckerd ITS is happy to help you get your console or DVR set up. In order for us to better assist you, please fill out the following form. Once we receive the form, we will make the necessary configuration changes to allow your device to be networked.

Finding the MAC Address on an Xbox

1. Turn on your Xbox (the address is only available electronically)
2. Go to My Xbox
3. Scroll right and select System Settings
4. Select Network Settings
5. Select Configure Network
6. Scroll right and select Additional Settings
7. Select Advanced Settings
8. In the lower left hand corner will be "Wired MAC Address". The numbers/letters combination below that is the MAC Address (12 characters).
