Leadership Development Program (LDP)
For every three (3) participants sent to LDP at Eckerd College in a calendar year, your organization will earn one of the following scholarship options:
- One full scholarship to the Leadership, Conflict & Negotiation (LCN) OR
- One 50% scholarship to the Lasting Leadership Program, OR
- One complimentary certification in the Conflict Dynamics Profile-Individual (CDP-I) assessment instrument and the administration of 50 CDP-I assessments.

Maximizing Your Leadership Potential (MLP)
(Formerly named Foundations of Leadership—FOL)
For every five (5) participants sent to MLP at Eckerd College in a calendar year, your organization will earn one of the following scholarship options:
- One full scholarship to the Leadership, Conflict & Negotiation (LCN) OR
- One 50% scholarship to the Lasting Leadership Program, OR
- One complimentary certification in the Conflict Dynamics Profile-Individual (CDP-I) assessment instrument and the administration of 50 CDP-I assessments.
