Leadership Development Program (LDP)
Level One
Companies who send three (3) participants to LDP at Eckerd College in a calendar year will be awarded one full scholarship to the Leadership, Conflict & Negotiation (LCN) program OR one 50% scholarship to the Lasting Leadership Program.
Level Two
Level Three
In addition to the full scholarship to LCN earned in Level One, companies who send six (6) participants to LDP at Eckerd College in a calendar year will be awarded one 50% scholarship to the Lasting Leadership Program.
In addition to the full scholarships earned in Level One and Level Two, companies who send ten (10) participants to LDP at Eckerd College in a calendar year will be awarded one complimentary certification in the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) and the Resolving Conflict Effectively program kit OR one 50% scholarship to the Lasting Leadership Program.
Foundations of Leadership (FOL)
Level One
Companies who send six (6) participants to FOL at Eckerd College in a calendar year will be awarded one full scholarship to the Leadership, Conflict & Negotiation (LCN) program OR one 50% scholarship to the Lasting Leadership Program.Level Two
In addition to the full scholarship to LCN earned in Level One, Companies who send eight (8) participants to FOL at Eckerd College in a calendar year will be awarded one 50% scholarship to the Lasting Leadership program.Level Three
In addition to the full scholarships earned in Level One and Level Two, companies who send twelve (12) to FOL at Eckerd College in a calendar year will be awarded one complimentary certification in the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) and the Resolving Conflict Effectively program kit OR one 50% scholarship to the Lasting Leadership Program.
