Mental performance is critical to your success and effectiveness as a leader. This workshop utilizes a cognitive skills screening instrument that evaluates the speed and accuracy of five basic mental functions.
Learn how you rate among others your same age in the following five categories:
- Verbal memory
- Visual memory
- Executive flexibility
- Sustained and divided attention
- Reaction time and information processing speed
Dr. Steven Masley will review common reasons why executives in particular may experience a decline in mental function and provide seven specific steps that you can take to enhance your mental performance. Your confidential cognitive skills test results will be provided along with a general action plan as part of this workshop.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Dr. Steven Masley, Medical Director and President of Masley Optimal Health Center, is a board certified physician, nutritionist, longevity researcher, chef and award-winning patient educator. Dr. Masley has authored three books on health and wellness, the latest entitled
Ten Years Younger.
