Post-Program Follow Up
Twelve weeks after participation in LDP, you are invited to complete REFLECTIONS®, a 360-degree assessment that measures the degree to which you have made changes in a number of leadership competencies since before attending the program. LDP participants have used REFLECTIONS for many years as a way to measure skills and behavioral improvement and program impact. Receiving feedback on the extent to which you have made progress toward your leadership goals will support you as you continue your development process.
Follow-on Coaching Sessions
Eckerd College supports your development after the face-to-face training with two, 45-minute follow-on telephone coaching sessions with a CCL-certified coach. You also receive a structured process for conversations with your boss—a critical step for success.
Eckerd College also offers resources and support for building leadership skills and connecting individual development to organizational needs.
