Eckerd Library EZ-Proxy SSL Errors
Certain Library Databases use secure or "SSL" connections. When you access these pages through the EZ-Proxy system, your web browser may display an error like the images included below. This is normal, and can be resolved by telling the web browser to access the page anyway.
PLEASE NOTE: These messages are an important part of your security online and we would never recommend that you ignore them. Any time you see them appear on a site you visit regularly, you should check with the website's administrators to determine if there is a danger.
Below is the warning you'll receive from Mozilla Firefox:
Click the link labeled I Understand the Risks and click Add Exceptions:
In the Add Security Exception windows, click Get Certificate, then Confirm Security Exception.
Below is the warning you'll receive from Internet Explorer:
Click Continue to this website.
Below is the warning you'll receive from Google Chrome:
Click Proceed Anyway.
