Electronic check-in; this is a mandatory requirement for all returning students.

For fall semester 2013, residence houses open at 9:00am on Friday, August 30, 2013 for move-in and classes begin on Monday, September 2, 2013. Before you can obtain your residence key and attend classes you must complete the check-in process.

Please visit the check-in site to view your check-in status; this site is available to you 24/7, you may review and satisfy any outstanding items you have. If you have no outstanding items or, have satisfied all requirements you may easily check-in.

Each semester it is mandatory for all students to check-in and validate their attendance at Eckerd College. The electronic check-in process has six mandatory requirements that must be satisfied.

These items are:

  • Outstanding Financial Aid documents
  • Outstanding Balance
  • Outstanding Immunizations
  • Local address information
  • Cell Number
  • Emergency Contact Information for Missing Person

If all of the above items are satisfied you may easily check-in on-line, if any one of the items remains outstanding you will not be able to check-in electronically. If you do not check-in electronically, you will need to visit the appropriate office(s) when you return to campus to satisfy the requirement and complete check-in.
