Meet the Staff
Monica Kile: Director
Monica is OLLI’s newest staff member. She offers a unique combination of non‐profit administration skills, and travel and program development that are sure to serve OLLI well. Monica has a deep love of history, literature, and travel, and is excited to explore these topics with our well‐read, well‐traveled members. Stop by and say hello to Monica in her new office in the West Lodge.
Tom Santee: Creative Director
Tom is one of Eckerd College’s longest serving staff members, having worked at the College for more than 35 years. He has been with OLLI since its inception as Senior College in 1995. As Creative Director, Tom sets the vision for OLLI’s curriculum. Love our programming? Thank Tom. Have suggestions for new courses or trips? Tell Tom. With new staff on hand to oversee administration, Tom can focus exclusively on curriculum development. This means he has more time to explore new topics, meet new instructors, and plan new trips. A course suggestion form will be up and running soon on our website so that you can share all of your great ideas with him.
Kay Cole: Registration Coordinator and Member Outreach
Kay has been on staff with OLLI for 10 years, starting as a valued volunteer. A member favorite, she manages registration, handles member communication, and plays an active role in catalog development. She has been working hard over the summer to improve our online registration system. We think you’ll find it easier to use and encourage you to give it a try!
Linda Font: Continuing Education Logistics and Volunteer Coordinator
Linda has been on staff at Eckerd for 8 years and has been arranging logistics for OLLI for some time, where her incredible attention to detail is greatly valued. With her warm and welcoming personality, she is a natural fit to begin overseeing volunteer coordination.
Kay Greenman: North County Logistics Coordinator
Kay Greenman, North County Logistics Coordinator (not pictured) – Kay is another volunteer turned part‐time staff member. She oversees logistics at our sites in northern Pinellas County. Kay’s not afraid of handling our pesky audio‐visual needs, and knows the difference between an HDMI port and a VGA port. Aren’t you glad someone does?
The OLLI at Eckerd College staff looks forward to welcoming you
to one of our programs!
