This program will review the recently completed Term of the Supreme Court of the United States. The Court has decided a number of high profile cases this past Term including the use of technology by law enforcement and the scope of federal power, including but not limited to the health care legislation. The program will also take a look ahead at the Court's next Term, which will begin on the first Monday in October. The Court will address a number of controversial issues in this Term, including the use of race in college admissions. Finally, the program will consider whether we can expect any changes in the Court's membership during the coming year.
