OLLI Spring Extravaganza

This afternoon’s program is “The Golden Age of Broadway From Oklahoma! to Fiddler on the Roof.”

Join host Jason Fortner for a musical trip down Broadway, focusing on the great musicals between the years 1943 and 1964. Celebrate the songs of Cole Porter, Frank Loesser, Rodgers & Hammerstein, Jule Styne, and other masters of the musical stage. “They don’t write ‘em like that anymore” may be true, but these wonderful songs live on in this fun and informative concert.

Today’s program also recognizes OLLI’s community partners - hosts to our off-campus sites and providers of cooperative educational opportunities in the fields of government, elderlaw, environment, and social services. After the show,  enjoy refreshments and camaraderie.

Come directly to the campus or catch a free bus at our Palm Harbor/Dunedin location.

Let’s get acquainted! OLLI members lead lives richly diverse in history and talents. We’d like to know more about you.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at Eckerd College provides non-credit classes, trips, and other educational programs for its members and guests. How did OLLI come to be? What part does it play in Special Programs and Eckerd College? What can you do for OLLI and what can OLLI do for you?

Join us for an orientation meeting where we’ll exchange information and introduce staff members. Take a tour of the campus and have lunch with us. Become a part of our community of learners!
