Transcripts
In order to receive your transcript or have it sent to another institution, the registrar's office must have a written request with your signature. No one else can request your transcript for you. You may request your transcript by:

You may stop by the PEL Student Enrollment Manager's Office in the Franklin Templeton Building and fill out a transcript request form.
Since we must have your signature to release a transcript, we cannot accept telephone or email requests.
Please include the following information with your transcript request:
- Full legal name
- Name under which you attended if different
- Social Security Number
- Eckerd College ID Number
- Date of Birth
- Your current address
- Your day and evening phone numbers
- Address where the transcript is to be mailed
- Dates of attendance
- Degree and date awarded
- Whether you want your request held until after current term grades are posted
- Whether you want your request held until after your degree is posted
- Your signature authorizing the release of your transcript
The normal turnaround for transcript requests is 2-5 business days once your request is received. During our busiest times of the year (mid-December through January and mid-May through June), it may take a bit longer. Remember that mail delivery may be slower around holiday times so allow plenty of time for your request to be processed. Requests for multiple copies may require more time. If you need to meet a deadline, order your transcripts well in advance and let us know your deadline.

Please note: If charges for your transcript requests total $25.00 or more, the fees must be paid in advance unless you are a current student.
Fees may be paid directly to the business office or put on your student account if you are a current student. You may also fax a credit card number with signature for payment of those charges which require payment in advance.
All financial obligations must be cleared before we can release your transcript.
