Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. It is strongly preferred that answers do not exceed 250 words per question.
1. What personal traits, characteristics or leadership experience do you possess that may help you in the RA position? What personal traits or characteristics may inhibit your performance as an RA?
2. What are your expectations of the Resident Advisor position in terms of duties, responsibilities, etc.?
3. How would you build a strong community within your residence hall and on campus?
4. Have you been found responsible for any judicial incidents on campus? If so, please explain the charge and what, if anything, you learned from the judicial process.
Please note that to be an RA, you must:
1. Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA.
2. Return to campus in early August to begin training and be willing to be here for the opening and closing of residence halls in the Fall and Spring semesters.
3. Accept that this is a one year contract and exempts you from study abroad, except during January for Winter Term.
4. Be willing to fulfill all expectations outlined in the RA job description.
5. Understand that due to possible renovations of existing residence halls, gender disparity within the incoming class or other unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to change dorm assignments or reassign RA's where needed. This could possibly occur even after you have signed your contract with Residence Life.

I agree to all of the above terms and grant permission for my GPA to be verified:
