Resident Advisors assist the College in reaching this goal by helping to build responsible, healthy communities within each residence hall. The RA position is a leadership position which requires a strong level of commitment and a solid work ethic. RAs are responsible for planning programs for their residents, upholding and enforcing the policies of the EC-Book, assisting in the resolution of conflicts, serving as a resource for students, fostering community in their house or complex, and responding to crisis situations.
